Our motto is „Feel well and feel free" - enjoy walking through our mountains, forget the stress of every day life, relax and have fun in your holidays, health and fitness shall follow! We offer 3 hiking tours per week and 1 mountainbike tour! We enjoy it to be an European hiking hotel in the beautiful countryside of Salzburg, between Tennengebirge and the great Dachtein and Gosaukamm!

We are a small family run hotel with 35 beds available. Over the last years a great amount of effort has been put into carrying out a full restoration.
All rooms are furnished with a shower, WC, telephone and most of the rooms are with balcony. We also offer 3 family apartments with two separate bedrooms. The main dining area provides a warm and friendly atmosphere where many happy hours can be spent relaxing. Since last year we have a sunny summer house as a non smoking area.

We are pleased to offer different kinds of home-made breads, muesli and jams at our breakfast buffet as well as other selections. During the evening we offer a three course menu and salad buffet. All main courses are prepared to traditional recipes, in particular to the "Wiener Küche" (Vienna Cuisine) with its unique mixture of pancakes, baked dishes and cakes.

As an annexe to the hotel we have a one hundred year old wooden chalet "The Holzwurm" which has been lovingly restored to its former glory by the proprietor. In summer it is used as a special suite ( 2 persons) with a small WC and shower room.

In our garden we have a paved seating and sunbathing area. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and mountains, the immediate area offers picturesque mountain walks with breath taking fiews.

Chair lifts take you on top of the mountains even in summer. The region of St. Martin am Tennengebirge in Lammertal is ideally situated at the foot of the Tennengebirge a wonderful mountain range. The area is ideal for families, for cross-country skiing and skiing and is served by three T-bar lifts. Within a short distance there are the winter sports facilities of "Sportwelt Amadee" and "Dachstein West". People who favour less energetic activities in the snow can go for long, beautiful walks, go tobogganing and ride on horse drawn sledges or snow hiking.
